I am a Senior Digital Designer based in London, passionate about art direction, branding, tech, product, craft, UI/UX, and all things digital.
Understanding the problems we need solve and the goals they want to achieve is the key element. Asking a lot of questions to be able to provide solutions creating high-fidelity wireframes that aim to address those goals, moving into visual interfaces to be prototyped and tested with real people. All of this considering the branding style, tone of voice, history of the brand and core values of the company.
01
I put myself in your user's shoes in order to understand the need and motives. Gathering feedback and ideas from as many sources as possible (competitive analysis, user interviews, etc) Aligning ideas to strategic goals.
02
Define the framework of the experience and will begin to formalise the user journey in the mean time mood boards are created and visual research is ongoing.
03
Evolve Ideas into concise problems, Validate hypothesis and start with the Sketching and storyboarding based on the visual research.
04
Here is where the user flows are defined, the card sorting is done and is where the Wireframes are created moving into mock-ups and Prototypes.
05
Analyze the prototype with real users in order to optimise and validate the solutions conducting usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing, client-facing tests to identify problems.
06
After the launch of the product its important to gather information trough user feedback, monitoring, benchmark testing or surveys to analyse results and the refinement of the product.
The goal is to be able to present solutions that customers find natural and they adopt it without thinking and realising the are doing it, creating a smooth experience that gives that feeling we all know when something just works the way it should.
Mission accomplished! 🎯
Animation has been with me since day one, I have been working with motion for more than 10 years from TV, Social Media, Branding & Advertisement for big corporations and small clients and I can honestly say that I had love every keyframe of it!
I’ve worked for a lot of companies, both at agencies and as a freelancer. A lot of it is under NDA or just plain old, but its worth adding some of them on here.
