The goal of this project was to create engaging marketing material to promote Online Lloyd’s Maritime Academy.
Lloyd’s Maritime Academy seminars have become a familiar feature in the training calendar for many businesses. Having said that, the look and feel of the brand was outdated and it didn’t reflect up to date content and modern way of delivering content.
With thousands of prospective students, we needed to create a visual identity and branding that not only represents Lloyd’s brand but also showcase the top quality courses to a wide age range of students in a friendly and professional way.
After evaluating all different available courses, the core brand position in the market and our target customers we developed a new set of colours that reflect the new identity and decided to go with illustrations instead of photographs to create a dynamic style that can be applied to corporate clients and individual students at the same time.
I created a large package of Infographics, Video Animations and Designs for all the marketing channels, presenting the information in an elegant way following the new Lloyd’s brand guidelines and adding a friendly touch to engage the younger generation.
The information needed to be easy to re-organise, so I came up with the idea of creating scenes (modules) that can be moved in time-space, replaced or deleted, this way is very easy to build different versions of the same video.
After evaluating the brand colour style we decided to update the colours and create a new identity.
The new brand identity and marketing material has been a huge success, The campaign had an increase of 25% new signups after just 2 months of launch, this project also led to new work to update the online videos use for the classes and student material.
